We have the capabilities to grind many parts to your desired specifications. Tapers, major diameters, and multiple diameters are easily ground, and we can even grind radii on internal and external diameters, such as is required on spherical bearings.

MTG Inc, has the capabilities to perform infeed, end feed, and through-feed centerless grinding on a wide variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and even glass. From spherical bearings and bushings, to rods and rod ends. Tolerances of .,0001/.0002 are often held.

Threads are our specialty. While we regularly roll and grind a wide variety of U.N., Metric, Acme, and Buttress thread pitches, our specialty is custom threads with non-standard pitches, diameters, and flank angles. We even grind very fine threads, such as 200 threads per inch. All threads are measured using a lead analyzer, accurate to within .00002.
